Job Overview

We are looking for driven and client-focused Licensed Financial Advisors specializing in Life Insurance to join our growing team in Metro Manila. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping families and professionals secure their financial future through comprehensive life insurance and financial protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk profile
• Present and recommend suitable life insurance and financial protection plans
• Educate clients on wealth protection, income replacement, retirement planning, and estate planning
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide after-sales service and policy reviews
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Participate in company trainings, workshops, and team meetings

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Financial Advisor in the Philippines (Insurance Commission licensed)
• Experience in life insurance sales or financial services is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• College graduate (preferred but not required, depending on licensing eligibility)
• Willing to work in Metro Manila (hybrid/remote setup available)
