Pricing Specialist (Shared Services)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift
Location: BGC, Taguig
Industry: Shared Services | FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain pricing master data with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all changes are properly approved before processing.
• Perform price file uploads and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data gaps or system issues.
• Ensure pricing data processes comply with internal controls, audit standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in pricing data and order-to-cash processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in master data management by identifying issues, enhancing processes, and supporting documentation and training efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong accounting background with knowledge of financial processes and controls.
• Experience in pricing operations and master data management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks within tight deadlines.
