Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, serving as the primary relationship owner post-implementation.
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs, use cases, and success metrics.
  • Ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Support) to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance check-ins, and strategic account planning.
  • Monitor account health, usage trends, and satisfaction levels; proactively address risks.
  • Manage commercial discussions including pricing, renewals, contract amendments, and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with FinTech, financial services, or enterprise technology clients is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build trusted client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and SaaS platforms.
