Role Overview

The Office Leasing Head will lead and oversee the full spectrum of office leasing operations, ensuring optimal occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and portfolio growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial office portfolios and driving leasing performance. The position reports directly to senior management and is pivotal in shaping the companys leasing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing overall leasing operations, including at least 5 years specifically in office leasing experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in the managerial role, overseeing teams and driving performance in a commercial real estate environment.
  • Must have experience managing large-scale office portfolios of at least 185,000 SQM.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, lease structuring, tenant management, and negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the leasing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
  • Maintain and expand the office portfolio, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and tenant arrangements to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand-supply dynamics to inform leasing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and property management teams to ensure seamless leasing execution.
