Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams within the Events, Creative, and Entertainment space. This role combines business development, client servicing, and project management to ensure smooth coordination and successful execution of high-impact, memorable events. The ideal candidate excels in communication, relationship-building, and managing multiple creative projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management

  • Develop and acquire new client accounts while nurturing existing relationships.

  • Identify client requirements and translate them into tailored event and creative solutions.

Client Servicing & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the main client contact, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.

  • Build long-term partnerships through consistent engagement and post-project follow-through.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft proposals, pitches, and innovative event concepts.

  • Coordinate with project and operations teams during event execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while updating clients regularly.

Post-Project Engagement

  • Lead client debriefs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling.

  • Maintain high client satisfaction and recommend improvements for future projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or creative industries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-first mindset.

  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
