Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, operational finance, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and sound financial management. Supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis while leading the finance team and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements; coordinate internal and external audits.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and core accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting; provide variance analysis and actionable financial insights to management.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure data integrity, and improve financial processes.
• Identify operational risks and process gaps, recommending efficiency improvements.
• Supervise and develop finance staff; review outputs and coordinate with Operations, HR, IT, and other departments on finance-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and audits.
• Proficient in accounting systems/ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
