Process Innovation and Automation Officer (F&B)

Work Setup: Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite
Location: Laguna
Industry: F&B

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance manufacturing productivity.
• Define project requirements and develop detailed project scopes for automation initiatives.
• Evaluate and select suppliers that meet technical, operational, and business requirements.
• Manage project approvals, funding requests, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee equipment testing, installation, qualification, and successful turnover to operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; licensed Engineer preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in process automation and innovation within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in electromechanical systems, automation technologies, controls, and PLC programming.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to conduct site visits.
