Audit Manager (Internal/External Audit) | CPA | Makati

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.
• Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members while monitoring engagement progress and resource allocation.
• Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and key risks to clients or senior management, and provide practical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring audit objectives, budgets, and deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 5 years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably from a professional services, accounting firm, or FMCG industry.
• Experience leading audit engagements and supervising audit teams.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, PSA, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling FMCG clients is an advantage.
