Tech Lead | Backend Engineer | Senior Software Engineer – Warehouse/E-commerce

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach one or more software engineering teams, providing technical direction and promoting a collaborative, productive work environment.
• Develop and implement scalable technology solutions while actively participating in coding, code reviews, system design, and technical decision-making.
• Partner with product teams and key stakeholders to establish technical priorities, development roadmaps, and release schedules.
• Facilitate Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensuring requirements are clearly defined and development-ready.
• Promote engineering excellence by maintaining coding standards, encouraging innovation, and continuously improving development workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar, with demonstrated technical leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of APIs, GitOps, version control, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience or exposure to supply chain technology, logistics systems, or related industries is an advantage.
