Senior Developer (Oracle EBS)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Hybrid Setup; 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 customizations across financial, service, inventory, and order management modules to support critical business applications.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL solutions, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex database logic, following established development standards.
• Build and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, workflows, and concurrent programs to enhance and automate business processes within Oracle EBS.
• Support system integrations by connecting Oracle EBS with external applications through REST APIs, ORDS, Oracle interfaces, and other integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform SQL/PL/SQL performance tuning, participate in code reviews and Agile activities, and manage multiple priorities across different teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, with strong experience developing packages, procedures, functions, triggers, exception handling, and performance-optimized queries.
• Proven experience with Oracle Forms and Reports, Concurrent Manager programs, Oracle Workflow, and AME within Oracle EBS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as AP, AR, GL, INV, Fixed Assets, Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, WIP, BOM, and/or CRM Foundations, with excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
