About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Functional Specialist to act as the subject matter expert in optimizing key Finance and Treasury modules for an enterprise-level platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and system configurations, ensuring seamless process flow, effective troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the functional configuration, end-to-end implementation, and ongoing support for core enterprise Finance and Treasury modules.
• Conduct comprehensive gap analyses by mapping business requirements to standard platform capabilities.
• Provide functional support, resolve complex user issues, and deliver structured training to end-users across business units.
• Partner with cross-functional technical teams to design, test, and deploy functional solutions for custom business workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance through functional system optimizations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
• Proven, hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in enterprise Finance and Treasury ERP applications (specifically Oracle Fusion or similar tier-1 enterprise platforms).
• Strong capability to translate complex finance operations into actionable functional system configurations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
