Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Head / Fleet Supervisor to oversee and streamline end-to-end logistics operations. This role ensures efficient product movement, well-managed inventory, reliable fleet operations, and full compliance with industry standards while leading a high-performing logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations in line with company objectives.

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end product movement from suppliers to customers.

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and optimize storage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

  • Transportation & Distribution: Supervise fleet operations, delivery schedules, and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the logistics team to promote high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Budget & Cost Management: Monitor logistics spending and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

  • Technology & Innovation: Utilize WMS, TMS, and other logistics technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, with 3 years in a leadership rolepreferably in the F&B industry.

  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, fleet management, and food safety compliance.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
