Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Treasury Manager to oversee the company's treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and financial risk management. The role will be responsible for optimizing cash flow, managing funding requirements, ensuring compliance with treasury policies, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and liquidity management.
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business operations and strategic planning.
  • Oversee banking relationships, including account management, credit facilities, loan administration, and banking negotiations.
  • Manage working capital, funding requirements, debt obligations, and investment activities.
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure, interest rate risk, and other financial risks; recommend appropriate hedging strategies where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, financial regulations, and banking covenants.
  • Coordinate with finance, accounting, tax, and business units on treasury-related transactions and funding needs.
  • Review and approve treasury transactions, payment processes, and cash management controls.
  • Prepare treasury reports, liquidity analyses, and financial dashboards for senior management.
  • Drive treasury process improvements, automation initiatives, and optimization of cash management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA, CFA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash forecasting, liquidity management, debt financing, and financial risk management.
  • Experience managing banking relationships and negotiating financing arrangements.
