Role Overview:
The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. This role analyzes operational and financial performance, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to optimize profitability and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support business decisions and investment planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial results, and report insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with operations, commercial, and other departments to assess financial impacts and support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
