Position: Head of Supply Chain
Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Morning shift

Role Summary:
Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end supply chain function to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and scalable operations. This strategic leadership role is accountable for procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and supplier relationships, while aligning supply chain initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that supports growth, operational excellence, and service targets.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory health, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality, cost‑effective supply.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and third‑party logistics partners to secure reliable service levels.

Inventory & Operations

  • Oversee inventory planning and optimization across warehouses, commissaries, and distribution nodes.
  • Ensure accuracy in demand and supply forecasting, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Manage logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost‑efficient delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., commercial, finance, operations) to align plans and resolve supply challenges.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the supply chain team across procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement & Technology

  • Champion initiatives to automate processes, improve systems (e.g., ERP), and enhance data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Identify opportunities for process redesign to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards relevant to supply chain operations.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans to address disruptions and maintain supply continuity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain management, with progressive leadership responsibility (senior or head level).
  • Strong expertise in procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
