We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role blends client management, business development, and project coordination to deliver impactful and memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow client accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event and creative solutions
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and high service standards
  • Coordinate with creative, project, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and client updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead post-event reviews, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or creative industries
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, creative, and solutions-focused mindset
