Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including creation, review, execution, and renewal of contracts.
  • Oversee rebates, returns, and refund processes associated with contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business units, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related escalations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
  • Maintain contract records, reports, and documentation to support audits and compliance.
  • Support finance-related activities where applicable, including invoicing or reconciliation tied to contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end contract management, including handling rebates, returns, and refunds.
  • Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is preferred.
  • Some exposure to finance operations is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP or contract management systems is a plus.
