Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including creation, review, execution, and renewal of contracts.
- Oversee rebates, returns, and refund processes associated with contracts.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business units, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related escalations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
- Maintain contract records, reports, and documentation to support audits and compliance.
- Support finance-related activities where applicable, including invoicing or reconciliation tied to contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end contract management, including handling rebates, returns, and refunds.
- Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is preferred.
- Some exposure to finance operations is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP or contract management systems is a plus.
