Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager with a strong background in Retail and FMCG to oversee financial operations, accounting functions, and financial planning activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting management with financial insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management
• Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA preferred
• At least 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in Retail or FMCG industries
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
