Job Title: Sales Manager | Davao-Based 

Location: Davao City 

Work Schedule: Onsite | Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will lead a team, drive sales performance, and ensure targets are achieved. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, strategic, and experienced in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Review pricing and support bidding to stay competitive
• Oversee promotional and sales activities
• Coordinate with other departments when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
• Experience in technical sales (e.g., water filtration, kitchen or laundry equipment) is preferred
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
