About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Category Senior Manager to lead our Beauty & Wellness category across e-commerce platforms. This role will own the category's end-to-end strategy, driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will play a key leadership role in shaping the category roadmap, building strong brand partnerships, and executing high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end category strategy for Beauty & Wellness across e-commerce channels
  • Deliver revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share expansion
  • Lead assortment planning, pricing strategy, and online merchandising execution
  • Plan and execute major campaigns (e.g., double-digit sales events, payday and seasonal promotions)
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention
  • Partner with supply chain to ensure strong inventory health and accurate demand forecasting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty and wellness brands, vendors, and marketplace partners
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for category growth and differentiation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop category managers and junior team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7–12+ years of experience in e-commerce, category management, or retail merchandising
  • Strong background in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, or Wellness categories
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data tools
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
