Job Description
As a Lead Digital Marketing Officer, you will drive the growth of our Professional Tools brands by designing and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs. You will bridge the gap between strategy and analytics, turning digital campaigns into measurable demand and revenue impact in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and social media.
- Lead Management: Optimize CRM workflows to ensure leads are captured, tracked, and routed to Sales effectively.
- Content Oversight: Create high-quality marketing assets and messaging tailored to technical and professional audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data and audience behavior to provide actionable insights and ROI reports.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional sales teams and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on multi-channel campaign management.
- TechStack: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Platform Expertise: Experience with email marketing automation (preferably Eloqua).
- Industry Knowledge: Background in B2B, industrial, or construction marketing is highly preferred.
