About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Corporate Finance Advisory Analyst to join a dynamic investment team focused on growth-stage opportunities in the consumer and business services sectors. This role is ideal for candidates with strong transaction advisory or deal experience who want to transition into private equity and play a key role in evaluating and executing investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end investment process, from deal sourcing to execution
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to assess investment opportunities
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends and growth drivers
• Assist in screening and evaluating potential deals
• Coordinate and help manage due diligence processes across financial and commercial workstreams
• Work closely with external advisors (legal, financial, commercial) during transactions
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal decision-making
• Support negotiations of key commercial terms and transaction structures

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in:
• Transaction Services
• Corporate Finance
• Advisory
• Investment Banking
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required)
• Solid understanding of financial statements and how they drive business value
• Experience in due diligence and deal execution is highly preferred
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to think critically about investments
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred but not required:

• Background in investment banking or deal-focused advisory roles
• Exposure to growth-stage companies or private equity transactions
• CPA is a plus, but not mandatory
