Customer Master Data Specialist | Shared Services (Competitive Pay!)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift
Location: BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain customer master data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Review and validate master data change requests, confirming required approvals are in place and escalating incomplete or incorrect submissions.
  
• Ensure data governance standards, internal controls, and compliance with audit, legal, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
  
• Utilize SAP and other tools to manage master data effectively and support efficient service delivery.
  
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and support continuous improvement initiatives in data management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data management and financial processes.
  
• Experience in master data management, preferably customer data.
  
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
