Role: Director of Corporate Services (Shared Services / Enterprise Support)

Role Overview:

The Director of Corporate Services leads and oversees centralized support functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Audit, Business Process, and Marketing.

This role is accountable for governance, compliance, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence across all corporate functions. The position ensures that support services are structured, scalable, and aligned with overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Shared Services Leadership & Governance

  • Establish and lead a centralized shared services framework to support business growth.
  • Define operating structures, accountability models, and service delivery standards.
  • Ensure alignment of corporate support functions with enterprise strategy.
  • Standardize policies, controls, and governance mechanisms across departments.

2. Functional Oversight

  • Provide executive leadership across HR, IT, Internal Audit, Business Process, and Marketing.
  • Set measurable KPIs and service benchmarks for each function.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and drive accountability at leadership level.
  • Ensure seamless support delivery to operational teams.

3. Risk, Compliance & Control

  • Oversee internal controls and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Maintain audit readiness and ensure remediation of audit findings.
  • Implement enterprise-wide risk monitoring and mitigation strategies.
  • Safeguard operational integrity and policy adherence.

4. Financial Stewardship

  • Manage and oversee budgets across corporate service functions.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor cost-to-serve metrics and resource allocation.
  • Support financial planning and business performance discussions with executive leadership.

5. Organizational & Talent Strategy

  • Lead enterprise talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Strengthen performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
  • Build high-performing leadership teams across all service lines.

6. Process & Systems Improvement

  • Drive business process re-engineering and standardization initiatives.
  • Champion automation and digital transformation across support functions.
  • Improve system integration and operational workflow efficiency.

7. Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team.
  • Partner closely with Operations leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Present performance insights, risk updates, and strategic recommendations to C-Suite stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Director-level leadership experience
  • Exposure to Motorcycle, Automotive, Retail, or FMCG industries
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Demonstrated C-Suite stakeholder management experience
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-scaling or high-growth environment
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale organizations (500–1000 FTEs preferred)
