Role Overview

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in business leadership, with extensive experience in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Proven track record in managing complex business portfolios and driving profitability.

  • Strong strategic planning, financial advisory, and risk management skills.

  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with C-suite executives and influence organizational decisions.
