Job Title: Order to Cash Operations (Finance Transformation)
Location: Metro Manila
Work Setup: Full Onsite

Role Overview

Lead a regional team handling collections, disputes, customer agreements, and master data. Focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team, driving accountability and performance.
• Implement and optimize standard processes within Shared Services and BPO operations.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage change initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance, Accounting
• 57 years managing teams, including managers.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• ERP experience required (SAP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification is a plus.
