Salary Range: PHP 28,000 – PHP 30,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Role Overview
The Demand & Inventory Planning Associate is responsible for driving accurate demand forecasts and effective inventory planning for a fast-moving cosmetics and personal care portfolio. The role focuses on balancing product availability with optimal stock levels by analyzing sales trends, managing stock aging, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing. This position operates in a dynamic FMCG environment with high SKU complexity and promotional activity.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

At least 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain roles within FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or related consumer goods industries.

Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management principles, and replenishment processes.

Proficient in Excel and demand planning or forecasting tools; experience with ERP systems is required.

Familiarity with stock aging analysis, inventory turnover, and replenishment tracking.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze historical sales data, trends, and seasonality to develop accurate demand forecasts across product categories.

Monitor stock aging and inventory health to minimize excess stock, slow-moving items, and potential obsolescence.

Track and manage replenishment requirements for retail locations and warehouse distribution points.

Conduct regular inventory reviews to ensure optimal stock levels and continuous product availability.

Evaluate inventory turnover performance and recommend actions to improve efficiency.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to factor in promotions, launches, and campaigns that impact demand.

Partner with Purchasing and Operations to align procurement and production plans with forecasted demand.

Review forecast accuracy on a regular basis and refine forecasting models as needed.

Prepare and present demand planning and inventory reports, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Identify discrepancies in inventory data and provide insights to improve overall inventory efficiency.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in demand planning and inventory management.
