Job Description
The Bancassurance Executive is responsible for driving sales of financial and insurance products by building strong client relationships and providing tailored financial solutions. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding client networks, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales opportunities through networking.
Recommend suitable and meaningful financial solutions based on clients' needs.
Deliver product demonstrations, meet sales targets, and provide timely reports and market insights.
Build long-term relationships with clients and help them secure their financial future.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience course.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused with relationship-building capabilities.
