Job Description

The Financial Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving sales of financial and insurance products by building strong client relationships and providing tailored financial solutions. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding client networks, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales opportunities through networking.

• Recommend suitable and meaningful financial solutions based on clients' needs.

• Deliver product demonstrations, meet sales targets, and provide timely reports and market insights.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and help them secure their financial future.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in financial services, sales, banking, or
  insurance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Results-oriented and motivated by a passion for helping people with their financial well-being.

• Willing to be deployed to an assigned bank branch location.

• Possessing a financial advisor or insurance license is an advantage (licensing support and training will be provided if needed).
