Position Objective
The Head of Sales is responsible for strengthening sales effectiveness and organizational readiness by developing sales capabilities, improving customer insighting and analytics, and enhancing sales processes, tools, and performance management frameworks. The role supports senior leadership through data-driven analysis and strategic inputs that enable sound commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement sales capability and learning frameworks
Strengthen sales processes, tools, and performance standards
Lead customer insighting and sales performance analytics
Institutionalize sales performance tracking and learning systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business priorities
Provide analytical and technical support for executive reports and presentations

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
At least 7 years of experience in retail sales (B2B and B2C)

Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
