Job Description:

The Key Accounts Executive will oversee and expand national client accounts, with a strong emphasis on FMCG clients. This role covers key account management, business development support, and maintaining client satisfaction. It is suited for individuals with a strong foundation in sales, account management, and logistics or FMCG operations, combined with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and grow national client accounts.

  • Support the identification and acquisition of new FMCG clients to contribute to overall business development.

  • Assist in executing business development strategies for national accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns.

  • Monitor account performance and deliver insightful reports.

  • Keep informed on logistics and FMCG trends to help optimize account strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development.

  • Prior exposure to client management, acquiring new clients within the logistics or FMCG industry is required.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple national accounts simultaneously.
