Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination with internal teams.
  • Work closely with the creative, project management, and operations teams to create event concepts, prepare proposals, and oversee end-to-end event planning and execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Conduct post-event assessments, collect client feedback, and recommend strategies to improve services and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or the creative industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, creative, and customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
