Automation and Process Improvement Engineer | F&B (Laguna)

Work Setup: Monday - Friday, Dayshift; Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process innovation and develop project scopes, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Manage supplier evaluation and selection to ensure equipment and solutions meet business and engineering standards.
• Prepare project proposals, secure funding approvals, and oversee project execution from planning through implementation.
• Supervise equipment testing, installation, qualification, and successful turnover to manufacturing operations while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Professional Engineer (PRC Licensed) is an advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in process innovation, automation, or manufacturing engineering within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems, industrial automation, PLC programming, control systems, and mechanization.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits as needed to support project implementation and operational requirements.
