Role Overview
The Workplace and Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a corporate site in Cebu, ensuring a safe, compliant, efficient, and professional workplace. The role will manage facilities, vendors, workplace services, and site operations while supporting the Site Lead on leadership priorities, cross-functional projects, governance, and site-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
Facilities & Site Operations
  • Oversee facilities, repairs, maintenance, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage onsite vendors and contractors, including contracts, service levels, performance, issues, and renewals.
  • Manage seat allocation, space planning, reception, visitor management, office equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Ensure the site remains operational, well-maintained, and aligned with workplace requirements.
  • Support crisis response, business continuity, site visits, events, and employee engagement activities.
Leadership & Site Coordination
  • Work closely with the Site Lead to translate priorities into clear plans, owners, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and governance activities, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decisions, and action tracking.
  • Improve information flow and coordination across site leadership and functional teams.
  • Follow through on key priorities and ensure timely resolution of outstanding actions.
Cross-Functional Projects
  • Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects and special initiatives involving multiple business and functional teams.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and escalation requirements.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and drive execution of initiatives that require centralized ownership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate workplace, facilities management, site operations, or related functions.
  • Experience managing corporate office or site.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience involving cross-functional initiatives.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience, including management of teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and coordinating site-level or cross-functional priorities.
  • Experience in a multinational company, BPO, shared services, or similar corporate environment is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of facilities operations, vendor and contract management, workplace services, compliance, risk management, business continuity, and KPI management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
