Job Summary
Provides advanced technical expertise in the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and technology projects.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Manage backup, recovery, patching, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Implement infrastructure security controls.
• Provide technical escalation support for complex incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Support disaster recovery testing and infrastructure resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, virtualization, and operating systems.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage.
