About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Pricing Manager (ANZ) to join a growing Shared Services team supporting Australia & New Zealand operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring pricing accuracy, data integrity, and operational excellence across systems and processes. You will lead pricing master data management, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality service in a dynamic, multinational environment.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure accurate and complete pricing master data across systems
- Lead and coordinate price increase initiatives across customers and channels
- Review and validate pricing changes in line with approval governance and controls
- Manage price uploads and data maintenance, resolving issues with stakeholders
- Leverage systems and tools (including ERP platforms) to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain strong internal controls and SOX compliance
- Build and manage relationships with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, and Shared Services teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in pricing data and processes
- Partner with Operational Excellence and Automation teams to enhance workflows
- Lead, support, and develop team members while prioritizing high-impact activities
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a multinational or finance-related environment
- Experience in data management, pricing, or financial operations
- Proven track record in process improvement and solution implementation
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience with Power BI or MS Access is an advantage
