Job Overview:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives by managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring talent acquisition supports organizational goals
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program; administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and labor laws
  • Maintain HR records and reports using HRIS or other digital systems
  • Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist for 5+ years
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor legislation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
