Job Description:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers using solid knowledge of the company's offerings.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations tailored to the customers needs and preferences.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule by managing time effectively and prioritizing high-impact activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role (preferably coming from Pharmaceutical, Banking and Finance and Financial Services industry)
  • Bachelor's degree of any course
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
