About the job Sales Representative
Job Description:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers using solid knowledge of the company's offerings.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations tailored to the customers needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule by managing time effectively and prioritizing high-impact activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role (preferably coming from Pharmaceutical, Banking and Finance and Financial Services industry)
- Bachelor's degree of any course
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
