About the job Regional Social Media Lead (APAC)
Position Purpose:
This role is responsible for developing and executing best-in-class social media strategies and managing social media and outreach services across Asia. The Regional Social Media Lead drives social media strategy, ensures quality of service, and fosters team development to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Responsibilities:

Own the social media and outreach strategy for assigned projects in the region.

Conduct industry research and data analysis to determine optimal strategic approaches.

Collaborate with social media teams across Asia to ensure deliverables meet client briefs.

Measure and maintain the quality of social media service delivery.

Lead the strategic development and execution of social market communications and initiatives to build the brand across Asia.

Ensure social strategy is grounded in platform knowledge, audience insights, performance data, and measurement.

Coach team members across Asia to enhance digital capabilities in social media and outreach.

Oversee the daily execution, publishing, amplification, tracking, and optimization of content.

Spearhead social media and outreach innovation to support business goals.

Serve as a liaison to clients and internal stakeholders, providing social media expertise and guidance.

Deliver presentations, trainings, webinars, and strategy updates to key stakeholders.

Brief and manage the production and rollout of social media content toolkits for regional assets.

Develop KPI frameworks and lead analytics and insights reporting across Asia.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in social media strategy and management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working across diverse markets in the Asia region.
