The Systems Project Senior Associate coordinates various projects related to system implementations and support. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and provide support to the Lead Systems Analyst (LSA).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in systems support and/or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in interpreting instructions and documents in various formats (written, oral, diagrams, schedules).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in a high-volume setting.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of system strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Systems Analyst (LSA) to prioritize project tasks and milestones.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support decisions related to system enhancements.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and training materials for system projects.
  • Troubleshoot system issues within the talent acquisition platform and provide timely resolution.
  • Assist with user training and onboarding for new system implementations.
  • Track project deliverables and timelines, ensuring coordination across stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Support data analysis and reporting related to talent acquisition projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
