Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication and change management strategies for a growing Global Capability Center.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as onboarding programs, internal events, and cultural activities.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for leadership visits and build strong relationships with industry associations.
  • Collaborate with HR and functional teams to improve onboarding experiences and employee engagement programs.
  • Act as a knowledge-sharing resource to support broader organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or related functions.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services setup.
  • Experience in event management or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
