Job Summary:

The HRBP Manager ensures the delivery of an exceptional employee experience by partnering with business leaders to implement effective HR strategies that support both workforce engagement and compliance. This role champions workplace culture, aligning human resources initiatives with core organizational values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Acts as a strategic advisor to both team members and leadership on HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partners with operations to assess workforce needs and execute training and development strategies.

Employee Relations & Culture Management

  • Serves as subject matter expert on employee relations matters and promotes a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Analyzes ER data, identifies trends, and provides updates to leadership, collaborating with Legal when needed.
  • Develops HR programs and strategies aligned with core values and diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA).

Regulatory Compliance & Policy Oversight

  • Ensures compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal standards.
  • Updates and maintains company handbooks and HR documentation based on current regulations.
  • Manages leave policies (FMLA, LOA, ADA), job descriptions, memorandums, and other official documents.

HR Data & Analytics

  • Monitors and reports on key HR metrics including new hires, attrition, employee relations issues, and engagement surveys.
  • Identifies trends and proposes solutions to improve employee experience and retention.

Performance Management & Development

  • Oversees performance management cycles, ensuring resources, tools, and timelines are clearly communicated.
  • Analyzes performance outcomes and guides corrective actions when needed.
  • Trains and mentors staff to foster leadership development and alignment with organizational KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in HR Business Partnering or Employee Relations
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance organizational performance through strategic HR interventions
