Role: Enterprise Sales Head
We are hiring for a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-product deals in commercial real estate, construction, workspace solutions, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition and closing of new enterprise clients aligned with revenue and P&L targets.
  • Drive multi-product integration sales across Build, Space, and Enterprise portfolios.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies specific to the Philippine market.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure delivery capacity and profitability.
  • Oversee preparation of business proposals and pitch decks tailored to high-value clients.
  • Lead contract negotiation with enterprise clients and coordinate with legal and finance.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of qualified leads.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and broker networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise sales, B2B, commercial real estate, or workspace solutions.
  • Strong network of brokers, developers, and corporate clients in the Philippines.
  • Proven track record in closing complex deals with enterprise or multinational clients.
  • Experience managing contract structuring and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of flexible workspace, design-build, or fit-out solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
