Job Summary

The Group Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. This includes overseeing financial reporting, inventory control, and compliance operations to drive accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. The role manages budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across distribution centers, ensures third-party logistics (3PL) compliance, and develops strategies for new store rollouts. Additionally, the position focuses on continuous process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and expanding expertise in demand and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, analysis, and continuous improvement of supply chain financial operations and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze key financial documents, including Flash Reports, Annual Budgets, and Quarterly Forecasts for distribution center operating and capital expenses.
  • Monitor KPIs, 3PL service levels, and budget variances to assess risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
  • Provide strategic direction and daily oversight of inventory control and compliance to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Develop and standardize localized policies to guide demand planning processes.
  • Evaluate compliance-related reports with focus on inventory KPIs and forecast accuracy.
  • Plan and execute inventory strategies for store openings, refits, and relocations, ensuring timely and cost-efficient readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and support successful project execution.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support supply chain excellence and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is required.
  • MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CPIM, CSCP) are an advantage.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial planning or supply chain finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role within supply chain or logistics industries such as retail, FMCG, or distribution.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
