Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment function and ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber talent across the organization. This role requires building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and adapting to a dynamic work environment to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Sourcing Associates, offering mentorship and performance oversight to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and capability.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire) to evaluate efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring plans, workforce strategy, and provide expert guidance on effective recruitment practices.
  • Conduct labor market research and identify emerging sourcing trends, utilizing tools such as social media, talent mapping, and niche job boards.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement employer branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Establish partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent pipelines.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years with U.S. recruitment exposure
  • Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role

  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools
