Role Overview

As the Associate Manager for Go-to-Market Strategy, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy in the Philippines. Your role connects local market realities with the companys broader strategic goals, focusing on expanding distribution reach, enhancing execution effectiveness, and optimizing cost-to-serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, distributor and wholesaler dynamics, competitor RTM models, and cost structures to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with commercial and RTM teams to develop actionable business plans that align with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate financial viability of RTM initiatives, ensuring positive returns and resource optimization.
  • Lead adaptation and deployment of distributor management and wholesaler engagement frameworks, working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, digital enablement, and other teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring innovative selling and delivery models, including digital tools like chatbots, voice ordering, and inventory automation.
  • Design, implement, and monitor pilots to test new RTM strategies, secure necessary investments, and develop business cases for broader rollout.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as numeric distribution, cost-to-serve, sales revenue, and market share to measure RTM success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in distributor management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage data effectively.
  • Proven experience leading projects and collaborating across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptable, fast learner, and open to continuous change.
