Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in holder.
- At least 6 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
- Experience in sales and marketing is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- With pleasing personality.
Job Summary:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing leasing operations - focusing on tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and maintaining a high occupancy rate. This role involves working closely with internal teams to align leasing strategies with business goals, ensuring a balanced and competitive tenant mix, and delivering a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Acquisition & Retention:
Identify and engage potential tenants, manage relationships with existing tenants, and drive retention strategies to maintain high occupancy levels.
Lease Negotiations & Administration:
Negotiate, prepare, and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with business objectives and legal requirements. Handle renewals, amendments, and disputes.
Leasing Strategy & Market Analysis:
Develop leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor rent collections, service charges, and other lease-related fees. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting to achieve leasing and revenue targets.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work with property management to address tenant needs and resolve operational issues. Collaborate with marketing on promotions and tenant-related events.
