Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.

  • At least 3 years of experience in project development,
    with a focus on horizontal projects. Preferably with people management experience.
  • Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies, market analyses, and site assessments to inform project decisions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with real estate development processes, including zoning, permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying project details to stakeholders and team members at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate projects, from initial concept through to handover, ensuring the successful delivery of each project according to the established scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site evaluations, and market analyses to support project decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals and market demand.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements and timelines.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks and challenges, and implement appropriate strategies to mitigate risks and keep the project on track.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate key project milestones, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee site analysis to ensure that all factors (e.g., environmental, regulatory, and infrastructural) are considered, and that the project site is suitable for development.
  • Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained for the project. Ensure the project meets all legal, environmental, and zoning regulations.
  • Ensure smooth project handover, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, and the project is fully compliant with all specifications before final delivery.
