We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bancassurance Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through bank channels, establishing strong relationships with clients, and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate is someone with a background in sales and a strong interest or experience in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell insurance products to bank clients through face-to-face interactions or referrals
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and clients
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
  • Stay informed on product offerings, market developments, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and submit regular sales reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience
  • Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
