Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Office Location: Diliman, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Compressed Workweek

• MondayTuesday: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
• WednesdayFriday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM 12:00 NN

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
• Source qualified candidates using online portals, social media platforms, job boards, print media, and other creative sourcing techniques
• Manage and track candidate progress through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Evaluate applications and conduct initial screenings via phone, email, or video
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, and facilitate pre-employment assessments
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of effective hiring platforms and sourcing strategies
• Proficient in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
